The space
This bright and airy cabin in the woods features over 2700 sq ft of beautifully finished space! The large open concept living room features a natural gas fireplace, a dedicated workspace, two sliding doors leading onto the covered porch with a natural gas BBQ, patio dining and seating area. Off of the patio is a custom, wood burning sauna perfect for cold winter nights!

The main floor, master suite features a king bed, sliding doors onto the covered patio, steps from the wood burning sauna and a beautiful ensuite with a custom tiled rain shower and custom built in closets.There are two additional king bedrooms and another full bathroom on the main floor.

The large kitchen is bright with plenty of quartz counter space. The large island has seating for 4 and the kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook and clean (pots, pans, place setting and cutlery for 12). A blender, hand mixer and Keurig coffee maker are also included.

The basement features two bunk rooms (queen bed on the bottom, single bed on the top). In addition to a 3rd, full bathroom, the basement has a wet bar with bar fridge, a projector, foosball, ping pong and a skee-ball machine. Perfect for families!

The unit has WiFi (Starlink) throughout and smart TV's / streaming service capability (main floor living room TV, master bedroom TV, basement projector).

In-suite laundry is located on the main floor.

This unit is located in a quiet, family oriented community directly across a quiet, private street from a beautiful, private sand beach on the open lake. Located within a 5-minute drive from Gimli, this location is perfect for all season stays! Plenty to do in winter (snow-shoeing, cross country skiing, ice fishing) and summer!
