About this listing
Prepare yourself to dive into one of the most original experiences in Paris! My spacious loft used to be Fernand Léger’s artistic studio, a very important twentieth century cubist artist. It is located in a historic Eiffel building. An ample and historic space, ideally located in Luxembourg/Montparnasse. The 6th is a well-connected district, not from many major touristic and historic landmarks. A rare jewel, this atelier is fully equipped, and warmly welcomes you !
Fernand Léger’s old atelier is an ample (80m2) and luminous space. It is located on the second floor, with no lift. It consists in:
- A big living/dining room: with bookshelves, numerous vinyl records on the walls, a big sofa, armchairs, a small table, a TV, a dining table, and good taste decorations.
- A small open kitchen: next to the living room area, fully equipped with domestic appliances and cooking basics for your meals.
- A bedroom: in a mezzanine, with a big bed, a desk, a computer and closets.
- A bathroom: with a lavabo, shower and toilet.
You will find all the necessary amenities to make out the most of your visit to Paris.
The cleaning fees include clean sheets and towels for every guest. The cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning agent.
No air conditioning, sorry for the inconvenience!
You will have access to the whole apartment, except for the bedroom’s closet. Anyway, you will have other storage spaces at your disposal. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, with no elevator.
