This studio is gorgeous, freshly renovated and spotlessly clean. Positioned in the best spot in Manly, literally minutes walk in one direction to Manly Beach and minutes in the other direction to Manly Harbour and Ferry. Everything is brand new, fresh and styled to perfection. The studio offers a new queen bed, secure parking height 2.07m, air con, Netflix and a ground floor patio with bar b que and outdoor furniture.

The space
From the 20th of January 2025 for a few weeks some works will be getting done in the front pathway, this period has been heavily discounted.

This block of apartments is very popular due to its position in Manly being so close to the Beach and Ferry and of course right in the middle of all the shops. Please note the council address is Darley St but our entrance is actually on Wentworth St

As mentioned above this studio is impressive. The owners have thought of everything and have taken time to renovate, and style well. They have tried to think about the guest experience when doing so.

The bed is a queen with a new very deep very expensive mattress to ensure a perfect nights sleep. This may not sound like a big thing but when you sleep on a cheap or old mattress it soon becomes extremely important.
The lounge seats 3 so plenty of room for 2 and is front of the tv, behind the lounge is a higher breakfast/dining bar which is also facing the tv. So no matter if your lounging or eating you can watch a movie together.
The kitchen is new and has everything you could need.
A very comfy, brand-new portacot is available for hire.

Unlike other apartments in the area we also have a private outdoor patio/garden with a bar b que and outdoor furniture.

The café is only an 1-minute walk from the house, it's an 1-minute walk to the nearest restaurant, and just 1 minute to the grocery store.

If your flight is arriving early in the morning it's best to book the night before, same as if you have a late flight when leaving it would be better to add an extra night. We will let you know if your apartment is ready any earlier then the normal check in time. In some cases a day rate may be possible, please ask.

Other things to note
We do include tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper and paper towel in the kitchen, all quality linen in the bedrooms, towels, bath mats, hand towels and shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash in the bathrooms.
We can provide beach towels for $15 each. Please book these in early.
A very comfy, brand-new portacot is available for hire ($80, including delivery and collection). The top level is perfect for babies up to 9 kg, and the lower level is suitable for bigger babies up to 15 kg.

This is one of the very few properties in Manly with a high height restriction of 2.07m so a bigger car will fit.
