Hello, I'm Theodore and welcome to my apartment in Athens.
At just two stations from Acropolis, and less than a minute from Neos Kosmos metro station, the apartment is ideally located for your stay. The apartment is decorated in a cozy and stylish manner and fully equipped to make your time in Athens the best possible.
The flat is in a newly built building and it’s recently repainted and decorated.
In it you can find all the necessary equipment.
Around the house you can find grocery stores, cafes, bakeries, pharmacies and place to eat.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. In the bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room there is a comfortable sofa-bed.
In the living room you can find a lot of books, CDs and vinyls which you can read/listen, if the weather doesn’t allow you to go out. A 32” flat screen TV, 2 bookshelf speakers connected to the turntable and a 5.1 audio system.
The living room is connected with the kitchen, in which you can find everything you need to prepare breakfast, or a proper meal.
In the bathroom there is a washing machine, toiletries, a hair dryer and a hair iron, so you don’t have to bring your own.
The house has A/C, autonomous heating and an electric water heater, so you can have hot water throughout the day
Interaction with guests
I am a very friendly and social person. I'll be there to welcome you into the house and give you a tour of the apartment and the neighborhood.
I can also give you suggestions for places to visit or where to go for drinks or for food.
