Take an evening stroll to the quaint local bars and restaurants nearby at Waikanae Beach. Enjoy the many walking/cycling tracks nearby. Visit the local market on a Saturday morning.

The space
The property has off street parking with several external steps to climb up from the driveway to the house. The double bifold windows open up to the deck to provide fantastic indoor/outdoor flow. It has two small bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area is all open plan. There is a washing machine available.
