Our space is Brand New! Sullivan House - a 2 Bedroom - 2 Full Baths and a Powder Room, on 2 Floors. The house is built with the top floor seperate Bea Studio Suite (both spaces can be rented- check out the listing - Eco-Luxury Sullivan House which will sleep 8!

The Sullivan house has two rental spaces. Designed with attention to all details that make the spaces feel separate with a relaxed luxurious feel!

The main house is on the lower two levels with access to the garage for heated, covered parking.
Our Bea Studio Suite is on the top floor at the back of the home and feels very separate. What is great you can have the option to rent the Studio Suite as well if you are traveling with a larger crew or family!
Warren designed the home with all the details to make the spaces feel separate yet they can be used a one with a Locked Privacy door that allows flow between both units.
This is a new development with identical homes next door. These homes are built on the land to offer the most privacy, thought out, and designed to give the most privacy for all our guests when all spaces are booked.

Flying into Spokane, WA is the best option for most flying from the US. RED Mountain is approximately a 2.5 hour drive from Spokane Airport. The drive is straight-forward, scenic, well-maintained and doesn’t have any mountain passes or traffic to boot.
You’ll come to the 24-hour border crossing at Peterson Border Crossing via HWY 25. Make sure all passengers have their valid passport!
