Guest Access
• Groups of up to 6 guests have exclusive use of the main cottage, which includes 3 bedrooms.
• Groups of 8–9 guests will have access to the main cottage plus one additional cabin, with a choice of either the Lakeside Cabin or the Woodside Cabin.
• Groups of 10 or more guests will have access to the main cottage, Lakeside Cabin, and Woodside Cabin.
Other Things to Note
1. Minimum 7-night stay in July and August.
2. Minimum 3-night stay for all long weekends and holidays.
3. Minimum 2-night stay September to June.
4. The Woodside and Lakeside cabins are included in July and August stays. From September to June access to one or both of these cabins is available for an additional per night fee.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property and the main cottage.
Access to the Woodside Cabin (4 adult-sized bunkbeds) OR the Lakeside Cabin (queen & trundle bed) is included based on guest counts of 7 or more people.
For groups of 7 to 9 guests, you may choose either the Woodside or the Lakeside Cabin.
For groups of 10 or more guests, both the Lakeside and the Woodside Cabins are included in your stay.

1. Minimum 7-night stay in July and August.
2. Minimum 3-night stay for long weekends and holidays.
3. Minimum 2-night stay September to June.
4. No pets allowed.
5. No smoking inside cottage or screened room.
6. Guests must take their garbage with them. Arrangements can be made for garbage to be dropped at the local dump. Guests will be charged additional fees if garbage is left on site.
7. Parties are not allowed.
8. Quiet time is from 11 pm to 9 am.
9. All guests staying overnight must be included in your booking.
10. The Woodside and/or Lakeside cabins are included based on guest count. For a groups up to 6 guests, access to the main cottage only is included.
For groups of 7 to 9 guests you may choose either the Woodside or the Lakeside cabin included at no additional charge for your stay.
For groups of 10 or more guests both the Woodside and the Lakeside cabins will be included.
11. Firewood is available onsite for an additional fee.
