Stand-alone private house, pet-friendly, fully-stocked, industrial-style fittings, and calm, cozy energy. Fully furnished, well decorated + washer-dryer. Local shops are dotted all around this safe and friendly neighborhood. A supermarket nearby and a 5-minute stroll to the highway. Welcome to Sunflower Garden House!

Sun-filled main living space with large glass sliding doors out onto the private garden area with grass, plants, seating and a large ceiling fan. A fully stocked kitchen with a double sink overlooking the garden. Washer-dryer on site.

Half bathroom off the main living area with built-in storage, polished concrete style and large mirror. Stairs lead to a landing area and optional storage space.

Double bedroom with natural light, a large built-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower bathroom with natural stone tiles, storage and strong water pressure.

Private on-site parking.

All bedding and towels are 100% cotton.
Tiling work and finishes highest standard throughout.

A water storage tank on site, great water pressure and backup water supply with new on-demand Bosch boiler.

Alarm system can be activated optionally during your stay and controlled via an app or remote control for additional peace of mind.

For long-stay requirements (28 nights & more), please note that the price includes the first approx. $50 USD / $1000 MXN or 250KW of electricity monthly / 500KW per 2 months . Extra charges to be applied for limit exceed.
