My place is close to parks, art and culture, and the city center. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the location, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.
Except for a pantry and a closet with owners belongings, all spaces are accessible to guests.
Interaction with guests
Can always ask for guidance and directions to neighbor across the street that administers the home.
Other things to note
Coyoacán is a very safe neighborhood. And Mexico City, despite its reputation, is much safer today than 10 or 15 years ago. Our street has policemen 24-7. They are not just an important deterrent, but they are also most helpful and pleasant individuals. Say hello to them every morning, and if you need anything they are always eager to help. A small tip at the end of your stay would be most appreciated.
Absolutely no smoking. This is a family neighborhood and a small community of neighbors in the closed alley. Be courteous to the policemen at the gate and neighbors. In a place like Coyacán people still greet each other when they pass in the street. A smile will suffice.

Can't live without: espresso, books, a walk to buy a newspaper, my kids, a smile.
