The Vintage Suite Rambla is located on the 1st floor of a recently reformed building. It has been reformed and decorated maintaining some of the original bricks wall and typical catalan ceiling.

The space

Newly reformed building composed by suites and cozy apartments all decorated with a vintage style.

The Apartment comes with 1 main bedroom and is composed by :

1x Double Bedroom with double bed
1x Small Double Bedroom with 2 single bed (for 2 children or 1 adult).
1x Double sofa bed for 1 extra person or Kids in the living area
1x Living area with fully equipped kitchen
1x Bathroom with shower, towels and amenities

The Vintage Suite Rambla comes with all amenities you might need such as: Bed-linen, Towels, Free Wifi, AiCo, Fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso Coffee Machine, LCD TV, TV Sat, Bath amenities, Welcome Basket.

Very well connected with a Bus Station at 30mts or a Subway at 100 mts.

1. It is strictly forbidden to host a larger number of persons than the number agreed during travel planning. In case of additional guests, please inform immediately.
2.Smoking in the property is not allowed. If you smoke we will take your security deposit.
3.It is strictly forbidden to hang clothing from the balconies.
4.Noise must be kept to a minimum level after 9.00 PM, and parties are strictly forbidden in the apartment and in any common area such as the terrace.
5.The person signing the lease contract will be responsible for the appropriate behavior of anyone staying with them. Should this person or the persons staying with them not behave responsibly and appropriately, they will be asked to leave immediately the apartment with no means of reimbursement. Should the occupants fail to comply with the obligations mentioned above, I could, at my own discretion, ask the client to abandon the apartment, without the client being entitled to any compensation.
6.The use of sound system in the common areas such as the stairs and terrace is not allowed.
7.Use of Internet for illegal activities is not allowed.
8.Dog or animals are not allowed in the apartment and in the common areas.
9.Bath towels cannot be used as beach or pool towels. Beach towels are available on request at extra charge. 50 euros will be charged in case of wrong use of towels.
10.Congregating in the communal areas of the building is not allowed. We consider the rest and respect of neighbors very important and we will not tolerate clients who do not comply with these regulations.
11. It is prohibited any act of vandalism, like throwing stuff at balcony or windows.
12. Do not insert any metallic object in the microwave.
13.The Spanish electrical system works at 220 V. Please take extra care when using foreign equipment to avoid fire risk.
14.Please switch off the lights and air conditioning on leaving the apartment. Respect the environment.
15.The main entrance door has always to be kept closed safely.
16.The apartment must be left perfectly clean and in a perfect state. Waste bag or garbage has to be left in the container outside the building. Should this not be the case, the security deposit will not be returned.
17.The replacement of lost/stolen keys will be charged to the client, up to 50 Euros per key.
18. It is not permitted to use the apartment for any other purposes except as a vacation rental within the terms of the reservation made.
19. In case of any damage caused to the apartment or to its contents, please inform the property manager. The customer will be responsible for that damage and charged accordingly.
20 In case you have rent a parking space, please park your car in the assigned place.
21. I decline any responsibility in case of stolen valuable or any rubbery in the apartment. We recommend you to put your valuable in the safe box, and close the doors and windows safely with the keys.
22. I will not be responsible for any kind of damage, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of misuse by the costumer.

I needed accommodation in a specific area in Poblenou and found Lorenzo's property. I had high expectations and I'm happy to report they were met. Additionally, Lorenzo was very helpful in those few cases when something had stopped working properly, which is normal, when you deal with a flat (beautifully done up, by the way, all mod cons, even more than I have at home!) in an historical building. The flat is an 'entresuelo' or mezzanine, so don't expect exceedingly high ceilings. But then again, I'm not a giant myself and it was fine for me. Soundproofing from street noise, which was my main concern, was surprisingly good! Everything else was fine, I had more to play with (kitchenware, aircon, etc.) than I expected. As for location, 4 or 5 blocks from the beach and roughly the same distance from Rambla del Poblenou made it the perfect location for me, being just a short walk away from sea and shops/restaurants. The area is fine and I always felt safe, day and night. It doesn't look as beautiful as the old Eixample, but it has a lot of character with its mix of residential and industrial, old and modern, ramshackle and new. For anyone who knows Buenos Aires (Arg.), I'd compare it to Palermo Viejo, looks-wise. It is up and coming, it has a vibrant scene and it's a tech hub. Should I need to go back, I'd stay again. Great place to stay in Barcelona that is far enough to feel like you're a local but close enough to the metro and the beach to visit all the attractions. As many have mentioned, it's about a 10-15 walk to the beach and about a 3min walk to the metro station. The area is very industrial filled with local restaurants and dive bars at night. Lorenzo was very hospitable and really appreciated how quickly he fixed an issue where there was no hot water- it literally only took him less than 24 hours to fix. So helpful! The apartment itself and is bigger than most apartments in Barcelona and in Europe. You have everything you need for an extended stay. Would stay here again next time in Barcelona.

On pictures the appts look bigger then in reality, silling are a bit low. As I am about 186 cm I feel like a Gulliver in this small but cozy appts. Pictures are very accurate. Very fast internet, but not always online. Some people from owner entered the flat without noticing us in advance. It was not really nice experience, when somebody wake you up in the morning by opening an entrance door.

Hello Vadim, it has not been really nice to read your review since I have always been looking after you. I know it is the first time you use Airbnb so you might be confused.. I updated the Internet connection under your request as you were here for online works. The connection was suddenly low when you were using this with a over professional use, anyway it was solved quickly. Regarding maintenance, I asked you three times about when could my friends come and fix the door (for your security) after no responde I asked them to go, of ocurse letting you know, in midday, they never woke you up. The apartment has a standard size that never ever someone has told me that were not equal as the photos. I am very upset of your bad review. Anyway thank you for your stay.

The neighborhood was ideal for what we wanted! We chose to walk everywhere and the location of the flat allowed us to do so. The metro was 5-10 min walking from the apartment if we ever needed to take it. The flat itself was perfect - everything was modern, organized and worked well. I changed my arrival plans at the last minute and Lorenzo was extremely accommodating. The directions I received on how to get to the flat from the airport were good (bus to the metro!) and I arrived and received the keys with no problems.

It was a very beautiful apartment. The apartment has anything you need. The arpartment is equipped exactly like the pictures. The apartment is in the centrum of Barcelona, you can reach the metro in 5 minutes, the beach in 10 minuets (on foot). I would recommend it to everyone.
