Franklin Highway is centrally located, just a short walk from all the amenities and tourism highlights.
The house is very spacious and with many comfortable living spaces. Newly renovated, with tasteful local art and artifacts.
Two bedrooms, two bath, with two lovely living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with the grocery store just at the end of the street.
The owners have been living in Churchill for over 30 years. Both have worked in and out of the Tourism sector of the town.
