It has everything you might need, living room, family room, dining, breakfast table, high-end kitchen, fibre optic internet, an office and much more. Conveniently situated near highways, grocery stores, bars, and more.

Guest will have the entire house to themselves. Enjoy in the living room, watch a game or a movie or dine out next to it.
Our family room has a breakfast table, kitchenette, TV next to it. Perfect for a larger family to spread out the house and get together as well.

Other things to note
Over night street parking is not allowed. Please park on the driveway to avoid a parking ticket.
Please note that we do not provide items such as safety gates, or childproofing equipment. We recommend guests bring any necessary items for their family's safety and comfort.
We have arranged lawn mowing and snow removal (If snow fall is over 3 cm). Due to rain the lawn mowing company's schedule is not predictable. Please don't be alarmed if you see someone with a lawnmower.
From November to April, the backyard is not maintained due to winter conditions.
Snow removal: Snow removal is provided for accumulations over 5 cm, with the service expected to arrive within 24 hours. A shovel is available for guest use; if it is missing, please contact us. Please note that salting is not included, and we are not responsible for slips or falls if the snow removal service is delayed.
Snow removal is not arranged for bookings more than 28 days.
Cameras are installed at the property entrances, however we are not responsible if they are not operational or not in place for any reason.
