Welcome to the lovely Quatres Vents house

Nestled in the heart of the nature of "Quercy Blanc", this typical house in local stones, offers a remarkable viewpoint on the surrounding landscapes. A real cocoon of tranquility, where you immediately feel good!

The space
Fully equipped, the house has all the comforts you need to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, coffee maker (Tassimo), oven, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher; adjoining cellar with washing machine and clothes rack), is a real friendly feature that overlooks both the living room and the outdoor terrace area (approx. 40 m2, part of which is covered). Fully bordered by a pretty garden with trees and fenced, the terrace will undoubtedly be your favorite spot to enjoy long summer days: barbecue and plancha (on request) table, chairs, everything is there for you to enjoy! As a bonus, at sunset, the pool and nature in the background offer a magical atmosphere.
The bonus of this house extends, with the arrival of sunny days, to the pool and its pretty wooden terrace "with a view" for pleasant moments of relaxation.

For cooler days and evenings, conviviality is also found inside with the large living room (TV and double sofa) and the very warm dining room entirely covered with natural stone walls.
Regarding the water points, the house has a bathroom with shower and double sink (hair dryer available). Bath towels can be provided upon request (for a fee). As well as spacious and separate toilets.

On the sleeping side, the house consists of
- a bedroom on the ground floor, with two 90*190 beds (possible to join them), a sofa bed and two large closets also available.

-then a bedroom upstairs, nestled in a lovely wooden mezzanine for a guaranteed "cocooning" atmosphere. The room is equipped with a comfortable queen size bed (160*200), an adjoining toilet and sink and a small private terrace. Excellent!

NB: bed sheets are provided on request and cleaning can be done for you (both services are available for an extra charge)

In addition to its good natural insulation (thick stone walls), the house is equipped with a pleasant underfloor heating system (main heating) and two reversible air conditioners.

Many points of interest are in the immediate vicinity of the house: walks in the countryside and discoveries of natural springs, then just a few minutes' drive away: traditional markets, typical villages of the South-West including Auvillar (most beautiful villages in France) with its washhouse and halls, the canal of the two seas for bike rides...
The Golfech Power Station is 8.2 km from the house, a 9-minute drive.
