Located in the heart of downtown St. Mary's, is a luxury two bedroom condo with 12 foot ceilings, four huge windows with stunning views of downtown in a historic limestone building. Experience all that St. Marys has to offer, steps away from charming downtown shops, beautiful walking trails, and the scenic Little Falls. Only a 20 minute drive to Stratford, home of the Stratford Festival and wonderful culinary scene.

The space
The entrance off Queen Street will invite you up a set of stairs to the second level penthouse, where you will be welcomed to a large open concept living area and kitchen where guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and relax after a day out. Workspace area offers a desk and printer where you can get some work down while nestled by the electric fireplace.
King size bedroom can be converted into two twin beds if requested, which is a great option for families travelling with children.
Both King and Queen bedrooms have oversized windows overlooking the downtown core, and transom windows over the doors into the main space.
