Forget your worries in this spacious, serene and dogfriendly home, benefiting from the Tourism and Disability label for the 4 families with disabilities.
Ideally located at the gates of Châteaudun on the way to Santiago de Compostela without detour, a perfect stop on the Loir bike route and accessible to people with reduced mobility, it offers a small garden with terrace where you can have your meals, as well as access to my land on the banks of the Loir (not PMR), which I will be happy to share!

The space
This 3-star, independent and renovated studio in early 2025 is located on the ground floor of a house on a quiet street on the banks of the Loir. You have access to an outdoor area with outdoor furniture to take your meals.

The studio is accessible to people with reduced mobility and labeled Tourism and Disability:
- 140×200 motorized width bed (lift head). Duvet and new pillows.
- bathroom with WC PMR and shower on one level. Holding bars in the shower and toilet /!\ people in wheelchairs = contact me for accessibility conditions (dimensions etc)
- Tilt touch mirror
- sufficient maneuvering space in the main room
- height of plans and adapted amenities
- stainless steel kitchenette with oven-micro-wave combi, 2-burner ceramic hob, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, table-top fridge. All the amenities are new, and everything is thought out in this place to be modular according to your needs in terms of space, traffic, ergonomics, etc.

Cleaning is provided by myself between 2 stays and outside my working hours (I do not charge for cleaning services), so I thank you for leaving the place as clean as you had it on arrival :)
Due to the proximity of the river and for your comfort, please ventilate the studio at least once a day. In your absence during the winter season, I may remotely trigger the connected dehumidifier, please do not unplug it.
