In winter, enjoy a 55-minute drive to Silver Star Mountain or Big White Mountain ski hills for world-class resorts, or explore these mountains in summer for premier hiking and mountain biking. This newly built, modern home offers over 4,000 square feet of luxurious comfort across three levels, with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, three expansive outdoor decks, and unobstructed views of Okanagan Lake and the surrounding mountains. Enjoy true indoor-outdoor living as you relax with the summer breeze flowing through the open-concept design.

Cozy up by the indoor gas fireplace, outdoor gas fire-pit on the lower deck, or soak in the largest hot tub on the market. While crisp summer nights are rare in the Okanagan, these amenities ensure comfort year-round. Spend your days next to the lake, cooking up a BBQ on our new Weber grill or simply relaxing on the dock with a cold drink. Anytime you like, use the large Nootka cedar plank sauna next to the lake for a refreshing cold plunge.

Bring your boat as we have a heavy duty Shoreline jet chain hoist boat lift with 6,500 lbs capacity accommodating 22”-24” boats in length. We are about 5km from a boat launch. You can also tie up to our bouy or park along side the dock (we have tie up points and a bumper on the dock). Parking is plentiful at the property, including space for your boat trailer. We have recommendations if you would also like to rent a boat during your stay.

As the evening cools, retreat indoors to enjoy a drink and prepare a meal in the welcoming, open-plan designer kitchen, perfect for culinary enthusiasts. Unwind in the dining lounge with a bottle of wine from a local Lake Country vineyard, while the summer breeze drifts in from the lake. Relax in our imported Danish-built Cane-Line outdoor recliner chairs, designed for ultimate comfort. Listen to your favorite songs through the integrated ceiling Bose speakers, easily connected via an app on your mobile phone, while lounging in the Bo Concept luxury furniture.

As the Okanagan sunset paints the sky in hues of pink and purple, unwind under the stars, serenaded by the gentle sounds of the lake lapping against the shore. The home features 5 spacious bedrooms, with 4 available for your stay given the local regulations, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone. Please let us know in advance so we can make sure the right ones are set up for you. The house is perfect for two families traveling together. The house is spacious enough to offer privacy when needed, with one formal living room and one large recreational room on the lower deck level. The Samsung 85-inch “Frame” TV can keep the kids entertained while you relax on the patio.

Enjoy getting into nature on the nearby hiking trails, accessible within in a few minutes drive from the house. We can provide a map of our favorite routes. But you don’t need to go far - from the property you can spot local wildlife like bald eagles, ospreys, otters, deer and blue herons. Mountain biking areas and are also just a short drive away.

We also offer two kayaks (each seating two people), and three paddle boards (along with life vests) for guests to freely use.

There is a suite on the property where the caretaker resides, available to assist with any issues that may arise during your stay. Rest assured, they will respect your privacy and will not interfere with your quiet enjoyment of the property.

You will have full and private access to the beach, hot tub, sauna, and dock throughout your stay.

Other things to note
Our home is best suited for families, high-end travelers, and business professionals. Please note that parties, large gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited. For safety, we ask that guests closely supervise any children near the lake and hot tub area. If you have little ones, please ensure the doors to the hot tub area remain closed and locked when not in use, and that the hot tub cover is securely locked to prevent any accidents.

While our home features 5 bedrooms, local regulations allow us to offer 4 for your stay, providing flexibility to choose the rooms that best suit your family’s needs.
