Comfy, homey and conveniently located within walking distance to the city and Norwood. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and plenty of cupboard storage. The main living room has a dining setting for 4 people, 2 seater leather couch & arm chair. There is a 42" flat screen TV. NETFLIX available, enjoy free movies and the latest TV series. The 2nd bedroom has a day bed & desk. A private courtyard garden with barbeque complete with off street parking make the property very secure. No parties.

The space
All the details have been tastefully refined, right down to an extensive library of magazines & books. Beautiful jarrah floors with throw rungs complete the scene and the paintings on the wall will leave you feeling like you have been in Italy rather than Adelaide.

Guest access
Guests have complete anonymity and free accessibility to the property.

Other things to note
There is a cafe directly across the road which serves a great coffee and light lunches during the working week! A delightful vegan outlet, The Lost Deli, 100 metres away serves the best vegetarian food ever and is open for breakfast and lunch 5 days a week including Sat & Sun. VERY NORWOOD! In the other direction only 200 metres, is a restaurant, Villeroys for dinner service, EXCELLENT and very reasonable. It also does breakfast & lunch. But of course the Parade has quite possibly the best array of restaurants & cafes in Adelaide, all a mere 20 minute walk away.
Located less than .5 of a km from the Clipsal track, is a convenient bonus at race time, or simply turn on the tele, turn the sound down and listen to the real thing!
For those wanting the convenience of the city, and the local attractions of the Museum, Art Gallery, Adelaide Zoo, the Convention Centre, the River Torrens and parklands, Rundle Mall shopping, or the outdoor cafes on the Parade in Norwood, the property is located smack bang in the middle of these two districts, an easy walk to all amenities.
Hire a free bike courtesy of the city council and ride to the beach along specific off road trails. Explore the famous wine regions of the Barossa & Clare Valleys to the North and McLaren Vale & Fleurieu Penninsula to the South.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The bathroom is an ensuite off the main bedroom, so the 3rd guest may be impacted by this. The property is therefore more suited for small families, or family members.

I am a designer and an artist. My environment is important to me. I like to extend my own personal eclectic tastes for design and art to my guests. My self contained cottage provides such. However if you require a personal guided tour of the wine regions to the North and South of this great city I am happy to provide such a service in my own car.
