The Back 40 Hideaway is locate minutes from:
Turtle Mountain Provincial Park which is home to several lakes, beaches and endless outdoor activities for any season.
The town of Boissevain has all the essential amenities including various shops, the best bakery in Southern Manitoba, a movie theatre as well a NEW waterpark.
The space
The property is located on 80 acres of land with a variety of birds, deer and other wildlife to enjoy.
Each of the (2) bedrooms have 2 queen beds and a Smart TV which allow you to access your personal Netflix, Disney +, Prime, etc accounts.
The full kitchen is equipped with all essentials dishes, a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge and stove. There is also a spacious table with seating for 6 - 8 people.
The living room has seating for 6 which includes a reclining leather couch and love seat as well as a chair. The Smart TV will have the same access as the bedroom TV’s and additionally Shaw satellite.
The full bathroom includes a shower/tub combo as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Guest access
You’ll have full access to the entire upper suite, hot tub, southeast patio (off main level entrance) and guests may walk around the east side of the property up to the water's edge to view the various species of birds and to enjoy the beautiful nature views.
Other things to note
Our property is split into our personal and our Airbnb space. The living areas are completely private and separated.
There is a second airbnb suite for rent on the main level which shares the main entrance to access each suite. However, your suite has its own locked entrance inside.

We offer the beautiful views and privacy of country living while having all the small town amenities available minutes away. From Tommy the Turtle , head east approx 2 miles and you’ll see our “Back 40 Hideaway” sign on the south side a few yards down the 2nd mile road.
Our property is situated on 80 acres of farmland with two beautiful slough’s that are home to a variety of ducks, geese, heron, pelicans, loons and many other species of birds.
