This beautifully restored and spacious home is perfectly located in a quiet street with a private car park close to Hobart CBD and just 1 km from Salamanca Place. Only metres to a beachfront park.
You’ll rarely need the car to explore the best of Hobart.
Battery Point, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops are all within 1km walking distance.
All day sun, faux fireplace and central heating for warmth.
Modern amenities coupled with classic features makes Balmoral cottage a home away from home.

The space
The bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed and antique wardrobes.
There's a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, oven, dishwasher, large fridge and a full suite of cooking utensils.
The large sunny rear deck is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the garden and gorgeous views of the historic Battery Point hillside.
The reading room has an electric fireplace, vintage leather lounge chairs, a collection of coffee table books and adjoins a cosy sunroom/ cinema/ office with the latest 65” Samsung Smart TV and a large timber office desk ( both with access to NBN wifi - 50 mbps).
The bathroom has beautiful timber cabinetry and antique brass fittings with a shower / bath, dryer and washing machine.
Walk to everything including Hobart CBD, shops, restaurants, Salamanca, Battery Point and the Casino.

Other things to note
Guests are asked to please respect the neighbours and the cottage. There are a couple of cottages sharing a common garden at the rear. It is a peaceful haven in which to enjoy your stay.
