The space
This space is our Brand New Bea Suite - an upstairs Studio Suite, in a shared building. Offering a high-end, bespoke Canadiana Style, and eco-friendly escape for adventurous travelers seeking a peaceful getaway.
Located off the resort, just a quick 2 min drive or a 10 min walk (approx 500 metres) to the base of the ski resort.
Nestled in Monashee Mountain Range, near the base of Red Mountain (just a short 500 walk), which is part of the renowned Powder Highway in Canada, this high-end Studio Suite is a Passive Home is the perfect retreat for those who want to experience the beauty of nature while enjoying all the modern conveniences of a high-end vacation rental.

Parking is just in front of the staircase.
Other things to note
The Sullivan house has two rental spaces. Designed with attention to all details that make the spaces feel separate with a relaxed luxurious feel!
Our Bea Studio Suite is on the top floor with the option to rent the main space if you are traveling with a larger crew or family! Warren designed the home with a Locked Privacy door that allows flow between both units if rented.
The main house is the lower two levels.
This is a new development with identical rentals next door, these homes are well thought out and designed to give the most privacy for all our guests when all spaces are booked.
