This is a spacious two bedroom apartment with old house charm, big kitchen and minutes from universities, downtown, hospitals. One bedroom has a double bed and one is suited for a child (air mattress for adults also provided). It's on the second floor of an old house so it has great light, leafy green feel to it.

Interaction with guests
Typically we are on-hand to welcome guests and get them settled. We are available to answer questions, make suggestions of local places for visitors. At times we travel, in which case we leave a trusted friend as the local contact.
Other things to note
There is some flexibility with check in/out times depending on other guests.
Phone verification and photo ID required.
Linens and towels included.
The house (pictured) has two sets of exterior stairs and a set of stairs to the second floor, not for those who hate climbing stairs or have heavy baggage.
There is a wonderful big dog who lives in the downstairs apartment.
Linear park/bridge connects our neighborhood with Fox Point on the East Side and is walkable, as if the bike path which runs throughout RI. Both are a two block walk from the house. Uber is an excellent resource for those without a car, train station to house is typically $5.
We are seasoned travelers and love the experience of staying and living like the locals. We expect you to be your ordinary polite and respectful selves.
Keep TV/music volume kept at reasonable levels that don't interfere with others in the building, or neighbors.
We always try to greet guests on or shortly after arrival to guide and help them as much as is required. After that we are easily contactable when and if the guests needs us.
There are two locked closets in the apartment and we ask guests not to interfere with them.
Your hosts are three Americans, one writer, one artist and an adorable little boy with blond curls and a monkey. We currently live in Providence, RI, and look forward to hosting you. We can provide suggestions and tips for our favorite local spots but always respect the privacy of our guests.
We're experienced travelers, and airbnb users, so we try to provide all the necessities for a pleasant stay. We think coffee and olive oil are two essentials in any apartment.
