The 1 Home has a three-story main house and a single-story guest house.

Ground level:

Bedroom 4: Bunk bed with two twin beds and one double bed, closest to Bedroom 1 bath.
Bedroom 5: Primary suite - King bed, ensuite full bath.
Half bath by living room.

Lower Level:
Primary suite spa with soaking tub, sauna, steam room, gym/laundry room.
Speakeasy with half bath.

Upper level:

CHECK-IN
We typically greet our guests in person for check-in, so we can give you a tour and show you how to work everything. We are happy to provide self-check-in upon request or after-hours.

Pool heat is $250 per day.

The home is equipped with a Ring doorbell and security cameras. There are exterior cameras located at the main guest entry points and backyard. Please understand that these security cameras are in place for the safety and protection of our guests as well as the property and homeowner.
