Just a 10 minute stroll to the infamous George Street, you're in perfect location for leaving your vehicle and walking to discover our unique and friendly downtown area. Walk along the Harbour, enjoy fine dining, a pint at The Duke, perhaps take in a Haunted tour, hike Signal Hill or The East Cost Trail!! At the end of the day.....your cozy and stylish accommodations await your return!

The space
Stay Awhile is a modern and stylish, three bedroom home located in the Downtown core. It is a full house with complete with the following:

Main floor - Street Level
A magnificent kitchen, open concept living / dining room area. Main floor powder room, laundry, yard access.

Second Floor
Full Bathroom with bathtub
Bedroom with queen bed

Second and 1/2 floor
Bedroom with double over double bunkbeds
Master bedroom with queen bed, walk-in closet and ensuite with stand-up shower

The rear yard has a grass area, patio with bbq and patio table and chairs in the summer.

Guest access
You have access to the entire house, the only exception would be any locked areas of the home.
