When staying at the Sullivan House you have full access to the whole home, both the main home and the studio suite, garage, private hot tub, and all outdoor spaces! 3 patio spaces to use.

The Sullivan house has two rental spaces. Designed with attention to all details that make the spaces feel separate with a relaxed luxurious feel!
The main house is on the lower two levels with access to the garage for heated, covered parking.
Our Bea Studio Suite is on the top floor at the back of the home and feels very separate. What is great you can have the option to rent the Studio Suite as well if you are traveling with a larger crew or family!
Warren designed the home with all the details to make the spaces feel separate yet they can be used as one with a Locked Privacy door that allows flow between both units.
This is a new development with identical homes next door. You may initially feel when arriving that the Neighbours are fairly close...you will realize right away that these homes were built situated on the land to offer the most privacy!! Thought out and designed to give the most privacy for all our guests when all spaces are booked.

Flying into Spokane, WA is the best option for most flying from the US. RED Mountain is approximately a 2.5 hour drive from Spokane Airport. The drive is straight-forward, scenic, well-maintained and doesn’t have any mountain passes or traffic to boot.
You’ll come to the 24-hour border crossing at Peterson Border Crossing via HWY 25. Make sure all passengers have their valid passport!
