The Cottage is our largest 3 bed, 2 bath property that can sleep 6 or a maximum of 8 with use of the sofa bed.
Flintstone Cottages are a collection of 5 newly converted light, airy and modern self-contained holiday let apartments based only 2 miles from Chichester and 5 miles from Goodwood House. These apartments have been converted to a very high standard from the out buildings of the Victorian Flint knapped Sussex Farmhouse with the exception of The Lodge, which is a newly purpose built construction.
The 5 apartments combined offer beds to sleep a total of 22 people (11 couples)
In addition, each unit provides a King-size sofa bed so naturally this can be ideal for an additional couple or children and therefore utilising these, sleeping accommodation could be provided for a maximum of 32 guests.
Flintstone Cottages would be ideal location for a large family group wishing to meet up (whilst still retaining an element of independence) or alternatively, booked as a convenient rural base for an individual or couple to have a quiet get away.
Open Barn style parking is available adjacent to the apartments and the apartments are very secure and private being half a mile down a remote farm track; yet very close to Chichester and the surrounding amenities and attractions.
Four of our units have wood burning stoves and they all come provided with Free Sat television, DVD player and free Wifi.
The Lodge is the largest of our self-catering apartments and was newly constructed in 2013. This very light and comfortable apartment offers 3 King size beds. The Master bedroom features a luxury en-suite shower room plus a wall mounted Free Sat Television.
This is our only apartment that contains a family bathroom plus an en-suite.
The open plan Kitchen/Lounge features a well-equipped modern kitchen, wall mounted TV, Free Sat, Large Sofa with integrated King sofa bed. Access to the apartment is either by 3 steps or using a gently sloped pathway with handrail that would be suitable for wheel chair access. Adjacent to the apartment is a small garden laid to lawn suitable for outside eating weather permitting.
