Cute cabin in the woods that was perfect for our touring band of 8 people. We are not exactly the camping type but it worked well for us to be able to cook meals and relax for a day off.

Great stay at the cabin. Place was clean and a wonderful place to spend the evening after a week of camping. Although no one knew about our reservation due to air bnb not linking up with their system they were able to quickly arrange a place. They even delivered a washer and dryer when we asked about laundry facilities- amazing. The only complaint was the sparse kitchen- seemed like it was still being set up and missing a lot of things? Found it difficult to cook a meal for 6 - needs things like a whisk, grater, more than one cutting knife, a few more mugs, ice tray. A mat for the bathroom. Still happy to give it five stars considering they were so helpful to provide everything we asked for- hopefully they get the kitchen more set up soon. The blackberry bush out back were the best berries I've ever had! Be sure to check the wildfire status before you go as the Cougar hot springs were closed- we went to some further down the road.

Cabin was great. Close to all the adventures we wanted. Looking forward to coming back! Note: kitchen has bare minimum so bring what you need! It is a cabin in the woods after all...

The cabin was a perfect spot for our family to stay for a near-by wedding. There is a lovely short path to the river and it is close to the McKenzie River trail and Cougar Hotsprings.

About Chris

My family and I bought an old ranger station and remodeled it into a cozy resort! During the week I stay fairly busy with the resort, but when I can I like to go to Terwilliger Hot Springs or Sahalie Falls and Mountain Bike on the McKenzie River Trail. Tennis and Skiing are also some of my hobbies. I also enjoy spending time in Eugene and Bend.
