Jonathan's apartment is just fantastic. I stayed there for a month and I had the best experience. Everything was ready, very clean, and super comfortable. The location is pretty suitable as well. Jonathan was a great host and made everything very easy. Should you need a place in Brussels, this is the one

I stayed for a month before moving within Brussels. The flat was excellent. Clean & tidy. Well equipped with everything you need to just start living. (TV, cooking equipment). Its also Close to the trains and buses and Ixelles has some nice bars. I never actually met Jonathan, but he was always accessible for any questions.

I had a great time at Jo's place. It was very well located between public transport and stores/shops, was modern and clean, and provided me a lot of independence. Thanks Jo!

I stayed at Jo's place for two months, which made this a unique Airbnb stay. As he had filled his room as well, I only saw him once or twice. It was much like living in my own apartment with a roommate rather than the classic Airbnb experience. This independence was overall very positive - thanks to Jo for trusting us with his place! The place is spacious and ideally located right by Gare d'Etterbeek, which made my commute to work dead simple. Grocery stores are down the street, and direct bus lines to the center right out side. My room didn't have a desk, but the living/dining room was laptop friendly. A cleaning lady comes every two weeks, and though the kitchen is a bit bare bones, it's got what you need. I had to provide most of my own "amenities" though, like toilet paper, handsoap, etc. This may of course be because I stayed long term and the host was not present. Anyway, would definitely recommend if you're looking for a longer term stay in Brussels!
