Regatta Point Villas is situated in a secured gated community in bolongo bay St. Thomas. Very spacious studio! Everything is brand new! Appliances etc…Very clean and comfortable! Newly renovated! You can see & hear the ocean from inside! Cable TV, Excellent WiFi. Close to Red hook (10 minutes) and downtown (15 minutes) Excellent location! Hot & Cold water in bathroom and kitchen.

The space
Brand new Stainless steel appliances. tempru pedic bed, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, 5 gallon hot/cold drinking water machine provided, toaster, nurti bullet blender, fresh squeeze orange juice machine is also provided.

Guest access
Guest has access to the pool, basketball court, tennis court and on site laundry. 10 minutes walk down to the beach, and restaurant.

Other things to note
Very quiet neighborhood! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed!
