The space
The house is on a plot of 350m2, and the built house has a total of 200m2, very large.
It is an ENTIRELY PRIVATE house.
We are 800 meters from the beach, in Maresias.
There are 5 en-suites, each with: 1 double bed and 1 single auxiliary bed, dresser with drawers, very large wardrobe, Smart TV, ALL WITH AIR-CONDITIONING, we have a collapsible baby crib, just ask the caretaker if you need it. Spectacular sunset view.

There is a hammock on the entire balcony.
On the lower balcony, there is an aluminum nest swing.
The kitchen has a 400-liter refrigerator, 2 large cabinets, one for utensils and others for you to put groceries, a 6-burner stove, large airfryer, toxtex, blender, large microwave, wine glasses, cutlery, pots, handles, glasses, bowls, cups, molds, general utensils, all complete.
Attention: if you need anything that is not in the kitchen, within reason, just ask our caretaker to pick it up for you.
In fact, we have a caretaker who lives in the house next door. If you need him, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., just call and he will help with whatever is needed.
He only goes to the property if you call, he will never bother you!
The lounge in front of the pool has a barbecue and pizza oven.
In this space, we also have our living room, with solid wood furniture. In fact, all our furniture is solid furniture from the renowned company Raiz de Minas (wonderful pieces)
The pool is of the SPLASH - IGUI brand, with all the safety systems, preventing suction accidents. It is 6m x 3m and 1.40m deep. It comes manufactured with a ladder inside it, in the fiber itself, with a delightful island for young children.
Parking for 4 small or 3 medium-sized cars. On the street of the house (which is a private street) we can park two more cars, if needed.
This is a private village, meaning only those who have a house in our village can enter. In the future, it will become a condominium!
Next to this house, we have two other houses. If your group needs larger houses, just let us know.
The house has a 3m high wall and a fence, not that it needs it, because Maresias is very, very, very quiet!

The entire house is private to you. We have a caretaker who can assist you with clogging, pool cleaning, gas and light bulb changes, and much more!
He'll only come to the house if you call, he'll never bother you.
Other things to note
- There is the option of early check-in, check-in after 10 p.m. and late check-out, any of the options (value 250.00), check availability;
- For stays with CHECK-OUT from MONDAY to FRIDAY, CHECK-OUT is at 12:00 p.m. (NOON);
The mattresses are new, with D43 density. São São Firmest Mattresses. If you want, in all the rooms we have a pillowtop to place on them, making it more comfortable. The questions just call the housekeeper;
We are aware of the number of guests listed in your reservation here on Airbnb. Do not confuse the number of guests you relate to, with the total capacity of the home (15 seats).
Many rent to 10 people and end up coming with 12, 13, 14 or more.
Up to 10 guests the value does not change; from the 11th, the value increases gradually. Therefore, it is essential to specify the exact number of guests so that the value is calculated correctly.
IMPORTANT — Items you need to bring:
• Full bedding (pillow, sheet and duvet);
• Swimwear (body and face towel, bathroom mat, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.);
• Floor cloths for bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge;
• Cleaning items (detergent, sponge, dish cloth, paper towel, disinfectant, bombril, soap, alcohol, etc.). Note: the house already has a broom, squeegee and garbage shovel;
• Garbage bags: small (for bathroom and kitchen) and large (100 liters). The dumpsters are now available in the house;
• Water for consumption;
• Food items (oil, salt, sugar, seasonings, food, sweets, salted and other food products).
