Welcome to PARADISE VIBES where you can literally see, hear and walk onto the beach with just a few steps! This is not your average beach house. This is comfort and quality. Wake up to the beautiful sunrises while enjoying your coffee and sip on your favorite beverage as you enjoy the sunsets in the evenings. You'll love hanging out on the wrap around deck! The sound of the waves and breezes will make you forget all your problems. (PLEASE DO NOT WALK ON OUR SAND DUNES. Use the walk over.)

The space
This is a beautiful 1920 sqft home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. All bedroom have wooden hangers, modern alarm clocks that have a USB port to charge your phones and a luggage stand.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen has a big island with a built in breakfast bar. Fully equipped for your cooking adventures and has several different kinds of coffee makers...Keurig, Mr. Coffee and Breville The Barista Express Expresso.

LIVING ROOM:
The spacious living room has quality leather recliners that you will love. Each recliner has a USB port for charging your phones...how convenient! There's also a pull out sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 guests and plenty of board games under the TV.

DINING ROOM:
The dining room is open and the large dining table seats up to 8 people.


KING'S BEDROOM:
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a desk and an armoire. This desk can be used for make up application or a work station. But why work when you're on vacation?! The master bathroom has a separate stand up shower and a deep jacuzzi tub to soak and relax in. There's also a door in this room that takes you out to the balcony...how convenient!

BEDROOM #2:
This bedroom is across from the master and has an en suite. It's got a queen size bed, has a closet, an armoire and 2 ottomans with storage.

BEDROOM #3:
The 3rd bedroom has 2 full size beds and is decorated with comfort and simplicity in mind.

The 4th bedroom has 2 full size beds, has a little more vibrant colors but still tasteful and sim

Guest access
You are allowed to use the kitchenette downstairs. There's a sink, counter top, microwave and a gas grill. If the propane tank is empty, guests that want to use the grill must refill it. The Big Store is about 3 minutes away and they have just about everything from groceries, gifts, fresh pizza, gas and an Ace Hardware. Walk further in and there's a half bathroom. Thru the kitchenette is access to the garages, a ping pong table and beach toys that guests are allowed to use.

DO NOT PARK ON GRASS OR UNDER THE STILTS

**Vehicles are allowed on the beach with the purchase of $10 sticker from local vendors. No glass or open containers are allowed on the beach**

Other things to note
Check out on Sundays are at 12pm. All other days is 10am.

The cargo lift can be used for $100. Please put the remote to the cargo lift back in the combo box it came from. Misplaced or lost cargo lift remote will be charged $200.
