This superb property is located on the second floor of a recently renovated house, where all the structural elements that make the building so special have been maintained: the height of the original ceilings, the wooden beams, and even some of the original brickwork. The interior design makes use of the light which streams in through large windows and balconies and permeates the whole living space, the various rooms flowing into each other with the colour white providing visual continuity and a minimalist and very contemporary style.
The delightful living room looks onto the street through pretty wrought iron balconies, just the place from which to enjoy the Easter processions in great detail. Eclectic and distinguished in style, the living room embodies the modern and urbanite spirit of the whole with its mix of modern furniture and organic coloured textiles: earths, browns, smokes and pastels. There is a sitting area with a sophisticated sofa, two easy chairs, a coffee table, and a low cupboard with TV and sound system. The dining area has a glass table and four Louis XVI chairs upholstered in a pastel-coloured paisley print. The solid wood beams, painted white, contrast with the linear purity of the parquet floor and dainty linen curtains. This apartment really breathes!
The kitchen is fully equipped yet highly discreet, with a central island and breakfast bar and a panelled front which integrates the storage area and keeps it hidden from view, making for visual continuity and clean lines. Rather than a working area, the kitchen seems part of the décor, to be transformed at will. And, best of all, it can be tidied up in, literally, seconds! The cement tiles, of geometric design, are a nod to the history of this building, boldly breaking up the white theme of the rest of the apartment and affording extra warmth and colour.
The sleeping area is decorated in the same minimalistic, bright and cheerful style as the rest of the house. White walls, ceilings and textiles are key. The master bedroom is a very bright, sunny room with a double bed and a tall, upholstered headboard, large wardrobe and vintage bedside tables.
The second bedroom is equipped with twin beds and is likewise inundated with natural light throughout the day. It has a large wardrobe with sliding doors.
The apartment has two modern bathrooms fitted with designer sanitary ware. The main bathroom has a large mirror and rainfall shower, with sandstone-clad walls and cement tiles.
A mix of styles with serves to highlight the natural beauty of this pretty building located on calle Julio César, right in the centre of the city and close to Triana, to the Puerta del Arenal, the Maestranza bullring and the Campana-Sierpes-Tetuán shopping area. Very close also to the Plaza de Armas bus station and with excellent transport links to the rest of Seville and beyond.
The whole apartment is at your disposal with the apartment ready and prepared for your stay: the beds made, heating (or air conditioning) on and the fridge with water, milk, butter, bread, coffee and a few additional things in the fully equipped kitchen.
We receive our guests personally and give them 2 sets of keys.

We created the agency as we wish to do something different: take peoples charming homes and transform them into rentals, keeping the magic and charm the owners created when they built their home but at the same time making it comfortable and adequate for our clients such as giving them plenty of empty cupboard space, ensuring the only food in the fridge is the one of our welcome hamper and making sure everything is working correctly and is sparkling clean so that when you arrive, the property will feel like instant home to you too.
