Located 10 minutes from Uvita in a gated community! Stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and incredible sunsets! Spacious and modern living space, surrounded by Costa Rica's vibrant nature!

The space
Casa Paraiso is a newly build home in the mountainside of Costa Rica. It overlooks the sparkling Pacific ocean and is surrounded by vibrant jungle! The property is occasionally visited by toucans, iguanas, monkeys and other exotic creatures!

The house has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms for a total of 8 guests. Each room has its own bathroom and toilet for more comfort. One of the bedrooms is completely separate from the main house offering more privacy if needed! There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as a dining room and living room with television. A barbecue is located on the deck. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the infinity pool as you gaze out towards the ocean and a large and beautiful garden that complements the view!

Casa Paraiso is a 10 minute drive from Piñuelas Beach, as well as the famous Marino Ballena Beach (Whale Tail Beach). It is a 10 minute drive to Uvita where you can find many grocery stores, restaurants, banks, gas stations and more! There are various excursions to enjoy in the area, such as surfing, horseback riding, jungle ATV tours, waterfalls, fishing, and whale watching (depending on the season). We are happy to assist guests in the planning of their adventures!

Free parking is available for 3 vehicles (and even more). This property does require a 4x4 vehicle for access.
