Part of a modern block of flats with private parking, the apartment is on the top floor (3rd floor - please note, no lift access).

The apartment has a gorgeous internal kitchen with solid black gloss worktops and copper look tiles. Kitchen facilities comprise washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and a smoothy maker. All crockery and cutlery is provided, with all the utensils you need to make a nice meal.
The lounge is nice and spacious with a bay window looking out onto what used to be a bowling green. In the lounge there is a couple of sofas (seating two/three and one person) and an oak dining table with four chairs. Also included is a brand new Panasonic flatscreen TV with freeview.
In the bedrooms, both double beds are fitted with high quality duvet/sheets and internal wardrobes with plenty of space. Also included are bedside tables/lamp for reading and there are mirrors attached to the door of the sliding wardrobes.
The main bathroom includes a reasonable sized bathtub, or if you want a shower you can use the en-suite which is attached to the main bedroom.
The apartment is ideal for two couples or for a family of four or even 2-4 friends. It is definitely a peaceful apartment and would suit most folk looking for a relaxing short break but with the option of having all the fabulous amenities of the South Side/ City Centre available to them.
Guests will have access to the full 2 bedroom apartment.
There is also free fast WiFi broadband in the apartment.
Interaction with guests
I will be there to welcome the guests into the apartment, to take any questions you may have and to make sure the guests have everything they need to make their stay as comfortable as possible.
Other things to note
There is free private parking outside the building. The private parking bays around the property include additional spaces for visitors. I also have my own space which you would be welcome to use. There are NO parking charges.
Just the usual rules apply, please treat the apartment with respect is all I ask, it has cost a lot of time and money for me to get the apartment as comfortable for guests as possible.
I also expect noise levels to be kept to a reasonable level when it's getting late in the evening as there are other residents living in the block.
Strictly no parties. Sorry no pets either.

As i've got older in life i enjoy the simple things in life more. Getting out and about and exploring Scotland's beautiful scenery and going on amazing walks. When i get time i like to travel and experience new cultures places and people.
