Not only will you have the house and the outdoor space, but enjoy the 3 acre pond and quick access to Lake Somerville 1/2 mile away!

Other things to note
There is another 2 bedroom house on the property (sleeps 8+) that can be rented separately to accommodate more people/families! Search for "Somerville Treehouse" to see if available. There is also RV hook ups available for additional charge upon request.

Pet fee of $150. Please confirm when booking.
No parties or smoking! Additional fee of $250 for smoke. Reservation will be cancelled immediately for parties and Additional fees will apply for cleaning and no-refund for additional days.
