This spacious, 3 BD, 3 BA home is perfect for a family or couples.

The open-concept living area is the heart of the home, featuring large windows with lots of natural light and views of the lake. Whether you’re looking to relax by the water, explore the beautiful outdoors, or visit Marquette or Munising, this is the ultimate lakeside escape.

The space
Upon entry, there are two bedrooms on the first floor each equipped with queen beds and plush linens. There is a full bath with jack and jill doors for access from each of the bedrooms. This floor also provides access to the front south facing porch, the laundry facilities and an outdoor shower.

The second floor is the main entertaining space, as well as a media/TV room a full bathroom in the common area, and the primary bedroom with a king bed and en suite bath. The large open concept is perfect for meals and gathering. There is also access to a screened in deck and a large wrap around patio with a gas grill. For warmer summer days and nights, there are AC units in the kitchen/great room and in the master suite.

Sandy shoreline with direct beach access in less than a minute over the dune. Note, the dune changes from year to year and can be a moderately steep climb.

Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of a small owner's storage area, and one of the garage spaces.
