We are Kristaps and Anna - an adventurous, curions and happily married couple from the tiny country of Latvia. We would like to think that we are young at our hearts, easy going, modest, intelligent people and keen travellers. Usually we travel together so most probably you will also meet us together. To give you some idea about who we are below we have both described ourselves.
I'm a seaman. Used to work on oil and gas tankers but currently work as a Captain's mate on a seagoing tugboat, still in the same industry though. I work 6 weeks on the high seas followed by 6 weeks off to enjoy my life and then it starts all over again. My hobbies and interests continuosly evolve and change but at the core of those there is always this never ending interest for the surrounding world: photography, history, people, stories, environment, music, travels and so much more.
I'm an economist at energy industry company in Latvia. Besides my job I have a broad number of interests - on a daily basis, everything related to outdoor activities: rock climbing, hiking, jogging, downhill skiing, dancing (in earlier youth days :)). On general level, learning and experiencing the world through travelling and staying for some time in different countries, meeting local people, capturing unique features of their daily life, of their thoughts, life philosophy, culture
