This is a beautiful Spanish style house that is approximately 1,200 square feet. The bedroom has a large king-size bed and the second bedroom has been converted to an office that has a fold-out sofa bed. There is a beautiful art decorated living room with a Spanish archway to a formal dining room. The house is located in Westwood, Los Angeles, central and close to everything. There are 1 and 3/4 bathrooms and a new remodeled full kitchen. Patios abound with a lush tropical front yard and a cactus garden in the rear.
