~ Please review all house rules carefully. By confirming your reservation, you agree to adhere to these rules. Violations may result in immediate eviction without a refund for unused nights, additional charges for any damage caused or any extra service caused, and a $1,000 penalty. Information provided by neighbors, cleaning staff, or security cameras will be used as evidence.

~ Beyond the basic pet fee, there will be an additional charge of $10 per day, per pet for stays longer than 14 days. There may be allergic or toxic plants on the property. Ensuring your pet’s safety is your responsibility.

~ Lost and Found: For lost items, we will charge a $50 service fee plus mailing costs to return items to you if we found it.

~ NO cable service on TV.

~ Garage is not available. Driveway / street parking is available.

~ For safety reasons, we set up security cameras OUTSIDE of the house. Cameras will be recorded during the reservation.

~ For safety reasons, we do NOT provide any UNPACKAGED food, like oil, salt, etc. Other groups may be left unpackaged food on this property, it's your responsibility to check the safety to use it.

~ Cleaning fee is just for one-time cleaning before your check-in. We do NOT provide daily cleaning service.

~ Statement: Your reservation confirmation states that you agree to waive any and all claims against the Property owners, Host, and co-host, as well as their successors, assigns, employees, or representatives, for any injuries or fatalities sustained on or near the premises, inclusive of common facilities, activities, or amenities. The utilization of said facilities or amenities is undertaken solely at your own risk.
