Welcome to Bayside Beach House. This Prince Edward County Waterfront Farmhouse was renovated in the early 19th Century.

The space
Loyalist Lakehouse is a 200-year-old Loyalist farmhouse on a secluded road with 75 feet of private waterfront and 3.5 acres of trees, lawn and meadow.

First built in the nineteenth century, the house has been extensively renovated. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, there is room for eight.

Children and smaller pets are welcome. Cressy is a quiet area of Prince Edward County on the Adolphus Reach, between Lake on the Mountain and Waupoos.

Picton is a 20-minute drive.

Full of windows and light, Loyalist Lakehouse enjoys water and field views and breezes from every direction. A large, well-equipped, windowed kitchen opens to the family room with television. A separate great room with beamed ceiling, stone fireplace and comfy couches has French doors to a stone patio with barbecue.

There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms off a grand upstairs hallway accessed from two staircases. Main floor powder room. There are ceiling fans throughout the house and all the windows open.

Drinking water is UV filtered and safe to drink.
The internet/wifi service is excellent.

The lake and waterfront are at the foot of the expansive lawns, across a quiet road, and suitable for smaller children — there is shallow, walk-in access and room for splashing as well as a 40-foot dock. There is plenty of seating on rock landscaping, a fire pit, and deck chairs.

Other things to note
Farmhouse, 200 year old home, PEC, water front, private beach, 3.5 acres and strong wifi. It has everything for an amazing summer vacation.
