Located on the first floor of a historic building, a short walk from the central square, a 150 m walk from the Imola circuit, 5 m from the municipal theater and the train station. You will find yourself in the heart of the city, immersed in the tranquility of the pedestrian area and in a historic atmosphere given by the presence of splendid frescoed ceilings, decorated walls and fine finishes. Public parking is in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment consists of a large kitchen on the first floor, a large living room (where you can prepare a single bed), a double bedroom, a bedroom/study with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a spacious shower and a small terrace overlooking the internal courtyard; on the upper floor, accessible by a comfortable internal staircase, there is a room with two single beds, a full bathroom with shower and a private hallway area with a sofa bed (the mattress-bed opens onto a carpet on the floor).
The separate sleeping areas are therefore: a room with a double bed, a room with two single beds that can be joined together to form another double bed, a study room with a double sofa bed (140 cm wide), a living room with a single bed, a separate hallway area from the room with a sofa bed.
