Whether you’re into fishing, golfing, shopping, wineries, breweries, hitting the beach or just relaxing, this is the perfect location. Enjoy the famous Lake Huron sunsets from our roof top patio. The roof is also the perfect spot for star gazing, yoga with a view, or just hanging out. Come and enjoy this unique house in a great location!

The space
This house is a 2 bedroom with 1 king bed in the main bedroom and 1 queen in the secondary bedroom. Water pressure in the bathroom shower is strong and
after a nice hot shower relax in the newly installed Hot Tub on the back deck. The 65" smart TV is crystal clear with the popular streaming services (Disney+, Prime and Netflix). All linens for the beds and kitchen pots, pans, knife block, seasoning, towels for both the kitchen and bathroom and small appliances are already included (air fryer, coffee grinder, percolator style coffee maker, pressure cooker counter top griddle, even an air popper for popcorn).

Guest access
As our guest, you will have full access to the entire property, including the Hot Tub. The container in the back yard and basement are locked.

Other things to note
Please note that this is a brand new build and our lot grading is generally complete and landscaping is in progress. The landscaping is constantly evolving during the nice weather months. Thanks for understanding!
