This apartment is a 1 bed 1 bath. You'd be renting out the living room with either a queen size futon or raised queen size air mattress with headboard or both, if there are two people. I am about 25 minute drive NE from DFW.
In the apartment is free laundry, coffee, and wifi! I have an automatic blow-up raised queen size air mattress as well as a queen size futon. Either or both are available to sleep on.
The apartment is very open. You'll have direct access to the one bathroom in the apartment. The kitchen is open for prepping and cooking meals. I have almost every spice and most utensils to help out.
Interaction with guests
I travel a lot for work and pleasure, so you may have the whole apartment to yourself for the entirety of your stay. I'm available to recommend restaurants and places of interest. I can join you for a meal out if I'm in town.
Other things to note
About me: I am a 26 year old, Male, who recently moved to Dallas from New York for work. I attended University of Florida and graduated in 2013. I'm listing my apartment to give back to the sharing culture. I frequent use Airbnb on my travels and thought it would be a great idea to host and meet fellow travelers :)
No loud guests please. I go to sleep by 11 pm and am up around 7 on the weekdays. During the week, I'm very quiet in the morning and leave by 8 or 8:30am. I work a 9-5 for a large company in Plano, Texas.
Please respect these noise rules and my apartment and I'll reciprocate the same courteous and considerate nature back.
I am a working professional living in Dallas, Texas that loves traveling. I work for a large food and beverage company and concentrate on packaging development. I am a very laid back and easy going. As long as there is a warm room with laying surface (bed, futon, sleeping bag) I will be very content. I am an extremely courteous and respectful individual that will leave any venue as it appeared before my arrival.
My best traveling experience was a 5 month study abroad in Shanghai China. During that this adventure I took a 10 day trip to Tibet and stayed one night at Mt. Everest base camp. The views of Tibet are incredible. The bluest skies you will ever see :)
