This home is in a scenic location.
Garden cottage in the quiet, leafy suburb of Constantia offering well furnished accommodation with own entrance. Spacious bedroom with separate kitchen and lounge. We have installed an inverter as well as a gas hob, so loadshedding will not affect your stay. Fibre wifi & Netflix make it perfect for a holiday or business trip. The home is very secure & has offstreet parking. The cottage is adjacent to the main house but private.

The space
The suite opens onto a large garden with swimming pool. It consists of 3 rooms: a bedroom with queen size bed with beautiful linen and desk/laptop space; open plan sitting room & kitchen with tv, as well as a full bathroom. There is free wi-fi and should you need ironing done this can be arranged at a small extra fee.
Kitchen is fitted with a large fridge, gas hob, oven, stovetop kettle, toaster, coffee plunger and crockery & cutlery. We provide coffee, tea, milk and sugar. There is also a private outside area with your own weber, table & chairs where you can enjoy the garden & views of the mountain. The larger garden and swimming pool are a shared space but you are welcome to use.

Guest access
Guests can park behind secure gates, and enter the cottage through their private entrance. You will be given keys and a remote so you can come & go as you please.

Other things to note
We live on the property and have 2 children and a friendly dog. They have free reign of the large shared garden and shared pool but we will try to ensure the leave you in peace.
If you have a baby or toddler please not the pool and pond are not enclosed or covered.

We live in Constantia rural which is in close proximity to Constantia Village shopping center (5 minutes), Constantiaberg Medical center and the Constantia valley wine-route which has many reputable vineyards & restaurants. It is approximately 30 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from center of town and 15 minutes from Muizenberg. There are green-belts on either side of us which are lovely large open spaces great for walking, running or mountain biking. We are also a 5 or 10 minute drive from 2 lovely golf courses.
