The space
This 4 bed room house is very open and spacious we are one minute from Fort Myers — we are 30 minutes from Cape Coral - about 30 min from naples 20 min from Fort Myers beach and 20 minutes from the casino so you can try your luck we are close to every Walmart movie theater The malls Home Depot the mall restaurants like Texas roadhouse El Primo Pizza Golden corral mugs N Jugs restaurant and sea food. Also, McDonald’s Burger King and most of your fast food we are close to hospital also and the airport is about 17 minutes away the house has a private backyard with a running canal with fish and turtles the lanai is extra long and very spacious clean and bright house so just relax and enjoy this quiet neighborhood and house we ask that you treat the house like it is yours own no parties without permission and no pets or will be a penalty charge . they tend to pee in the corners of the room
We ask that u do not leave the front door open this is florida. And you will let all your cold air conditioning out the front door and let the bugs n mosquitoes inside the house with you we also as please do not take or towels or we are not a hotel and we also ask that all vape or smoke in be done in front of house or on the back patio and the the little one do not eat or jump on the furniture this way we can keep the house beautiful and clean for the next guest the drive way can hold 4 car or a suv with trailer there is space across the street for additional parking or trailer if needed the inside house garage is not included
But most of all enjoy your self and be safe and come again

Other things to note
We just ask that u dont let the little one eat or jump on the furniture and all smoking be done out side on the patio or in front of house we will give access to the garage if the renter ask to use it but we do have or lawn care taker come to take care of the lawn in the morning to water the flowers and lawn to keep the flowers looking good so if u see him just say hi
We ask that u do not throw any parties in the house without permission or we will have to fine you the last party destroyed some of the furniture No dogs some of our guest are allergic to dogs and its hard to find the pee in the corners of the house so we just like to keep it nice and clean for the next guess you can stay for 30 day or 3 mounts but we ask that u ask for any thing over 40 day and just enjoy your stay and notify us of any extra people over 8 guest thank u
