This family friendly 'Character Home' basement suite is full height, bright and comfortable. It opens out into a lush, south facing back yard. It is centrally located and is only 20 minutes from downtown with easy access to transit and amenities.

The space
The living area has an open layout and includes in suite laundry. The bedrooms can sleep 4 people with additional sleeping available on the pull out couch. Our appliances are not as old as our house (from 1910😆) ie not state of the art (modern) but are functional and clean.

Guest access
The basement suite is self contained with a private entrance and is separate from the rest of the house. The guests are welcome to use the backyard garden and patio.
