Welcome to the Loft on King! Our unique second floor rental that was built in 1880, is located in the heart of Downtown Midland, and is centrally located to many amenities including the waterfront, amazing restaurants, downtown shops and pubs that offer live music seasonally!

The space
This is a living space including a full kitchen, laundry, three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Also included is wifi, cable, smart tv’s, games room with multiple games and puzzles, full sized fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and a Keurig coffee machine. There is a dedicated parking spot for one vehicle at the back of the building.

Guest access
Guests enter by a private entrance at the front of the building, there is one free parking spot in the back. Additional parking is available in a municipal lot and the street. Guests also have access to the entire top floor of the Loft.
