IMPORTANT: All guests staying in the unit will need to send us a copy of their Photo IDs via the Airbnb Platform for security and guest registration purposes.
All registered guests are allowed to use the building amenities with a fee of PHP 200 per amenity per day.

- No Cleaning during your stay, you can request a cleaning service for a fee
- No towels or linens change
- All items in the apartment are one-time only and no refill
- Pay P3,300 for the use of all the amenities during your entire stay.

Our apartment is located near the garbage room of the entire floor. While we take extra measures to keep the area clean and eliminate any pests, we kindly ask you to help us out by keeping the apartment clean at all times, closing the door tightly, and avoiding leaving food outside.
We understand that encountering insects can be a concern, but please be assured that we are doing everything we can to prevent any infestation. However, being located near the garbage room means we have little control over what happens outside. In case you encounter any insects during your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out to us, and we will address the issue immediately.
