Nestled in the trees on a quaint country road in the fishing village of Catalina, on the beautiful picturesque Bonavista Peninsula, you will find this peaceful family friendly home.
Situated next to what once was the railway tracks "The 88 Mile Line" where the Airbnb gets its name. The line ran 88 Miles from Clarenville to Bonavista from 1911 to 1984. The Bonavista line is now enjoyed by outdoor enthusiasts for activities such as walking, hiking, atv, riding, snowmobiling and much more.

The space
Two bedrooms (2 double beds), sofa can be used as a bed, air mattress (double) can be provide. Fully stocked kitchen/dining room, 4-piece washroom, towels and linens provided.

Back deck with BBQ, and hot tub, outdoor fireplace with seating around.

Where You'll Be
Centrally located and close to all amenities, such as groceries stores, gas stations, pharmacy, restaurants and the local swimming area "Lookout Park" There's lots to do and see in this area. Only minutes away in the adjoining community of Port Union, the only Union built town in North America, you will find "The Sir William F Coaker Heritage Foundation" consisting of the Factory Interpretation Centre, gift shop and The Bungalow Museum.

15 minutes further down the Discovery Trail is the popular community of Bonavista, with it's many attractions and local night life. If your an outdoor adventurous than there are many walking and hiking trails in this area.

You may be interested in viewing the millions of puffins in the town of Elliston, The Root Cellar Capital of the world, only 8 minutes drive from Bonavista and 14 minutes from Catalina. While in Elliston why not visit the Sealers Memorial and take in a bit of Newfoundland History.

In the other direction is the Port Rexton Brewery, just 20 minutes from the Airbnb. While there why not visit the historic Town of Trinity. It's as if you took a step back in time as you walk through this beautiful town.
