Our recently renovated bungalow has everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a front porch and back deck to relax after a day of activities such as Lake Georgetown, Blue Hole or hike & bike trails. With over 20 years of living in Georgetown, we are knowledgeable hosts who are gifted in hospitality.

The space
This is a brand new listing that has been renovated to host 6 guests comfortably.
It has been tastefully decorated with a warm bohemian flare that welcomes you right as you walk in the door.
Each bedroom features luxury mattresses and bedding. We think it is very important you get a good nights sleep whilst you are away from home.
The King bedroom is spacious with a full length mirror, walk-in closet, dresser, seating area, alarm clock with usb charger. The Queen bedroom has a closet, small dresser and alarm clock with usb charger. The Twins bedroom has a closet, dresser and white noise alarm clock.

This is a very peaceful property that is perfectly located for you to enjoy a 2 minute stroll to music on the courthouse grounds, delicious food, neighborhood friendly bars and wineries, shopping, farmers market and festivals.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home, parking and back yard. You will also have access to the white shed containing bikes, water floats, back pack, picnic blanket, yeti cooler, corn hole and horse shoes for your enjoyment. The only area you will not have access to is the black shed located in the back yard. This is for storage.

Other things to note
It is very helpful if you let me know your reason for the stay and the ages of all the guests. I enjoy setting up the home according to each individual guests needs. Also, if you have any special requests, please let me know and I will try and accommodate, ie: anniversary, girls trip, birthday, etc...
