Located in the heart of the city you will wake up in a sunny, south-facing lower-level apartment situated next to a large park and garden.

The bedroom is private with a queen size bed and is has access to a living a apcious bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
Guests can sit in the shared backyard garden and enjoy their breakfast. Access to the garden during the day and evening may be possible upon request.

The space
The suite is located in my Victorian home situated next to a park.

Guests have access to a private suite with a private bedroom and access to a bathroom, living area and kitchen.

Other things to note
Please note the space may not be comfortable for taller guests. There is a beam through the centre of the space that 6’2” . It is also not ideal for guests sensitive to noise. You will hear us walking on the upper floor and noise sometimes travels when we are playing music. We are sensitive to our guests and will not be loud late.

Neighbourhood highlights

This is one of the top neighborhoods to stay in Toronto. We are located 15 minutes from the financial downtown centre by car, public transit or bicycle. But you don't need to walk far to discover fabulous places to explore. We are one street away from Ossington Avenue and College Street strips where you can find fabulous restaurants at all price ranges and flavours.

A 15-minute walk from our house will take you to Kensington market, a funky food and vintage clothing market, China Town, University of Toronto, the Annex and Roncesvalles neighbourhoods. We are within walking distance to two independent movie theatres, a ten-minute walk to the Dufferin Grove Park, one of the best neighbourhood parks with its own pizza oven, skating rinks, a year-round weekly organic market and neighbourhood weekly meals. South of us is Trinity Bellwoods Park with an off-leash dog park, a skating rink, summer weekly organic market.

You can wander from Trinity Bellwoods Park to Queens Street West and explore independently owned clothing shops, furniture and book stores and a wide variety of cafes and restaurants.

If you are looking to stay fit during your stay, the house is within walking distance to the city's top yoga studios including Octopus Garden, Downward Dog and Yoga Space and a a choice of Cross Fit gyms, Spinning studios, Bar studios and the YMCA which has a lap pool and exercise classes all day for all ages. You are going to love the neighborhood.
